The invention discloses a homogeneous modified fireproof insulation board which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of aramid fibers, 20-30 parts of glass fibers, 3-8 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-4 parts of a foaming agent and 1-5 parts of a curing agent. The fireproof insulation board is good in fireproof and heat preservation effect and stable in structure. Furthermore, the preparation method of the fireproof insulation board comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring the aramid fiber, the glass fiber, the silicon dioxide, the foaming agent and the curing agent according to the proportion, then putting the mixed slurry into a mold for curing, and drying the cured material to obtain the fireproof insulation board.
