Homogeneous multi-element fireproof insulation board
The invention discloses a homogeneous multi-element fireproof insulation board, and relates to a fireproof insulation board. The fireproof insulation board comprises a fireproof insulation board bodyarranged on one outward side face of a base wall body, and the fireproof insulation board body is sequentially composed of a composite insulation bonding layer, an expanded polystyrene board, an inneranti-crack adhesive cement layer, a reinforcing layer, an outer anti-crack adhesive cement layer and a coating layer from inside to outside, a tinfoil layer is compounded on the inward side face of the expanded polystyrene board in a hot pressing mode, and a plurality of honeycomb units which are arranged mutually and are in the shape of a regular hexagon tube are further integrally formed in theexpanded polystyrene board. The composite insulation bonding layer is made of a mixed material of organic graphite ethylene particles and inorganic ceramic particles, so that strength, rigidity and stability of an original homogeneous board are effectively improved; and the tinfoil layer has an excellent heat preservation and insulation effect, and therefore the outward heat release amount of theexpanded polystyrene board is further reduced, the heat insulation effect is enhanced, and meanwhile, a good fire-retardant and flame-retardant effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种匀质多元防火保温板,涉及一种防火保温板,包括用于安装在基层墙体朝外一侧面上的防火保温板,该防火保温板由内到外依次由复合保温粘接层、膨胀聚苯板、内抗裂胶浆层、加固层、外抗裂胶浆层与涂料层构成,膨胀聚苯板朝内的一侧面通过热压的方式复合有一层锡纸层,膨胀聚苯板内部还一体成型有多个相互排列的且呈正六边形管状的多个蜂窝单元。本申请复合保温粘接层采用有机石墨乙烯颗粒和无机陶瓷颗粒的混合材质,有效的提高了原有匀质板的强度、刚度和稳定性,锡纸层具有优良的保温隔热效果,从而进一步降低膨胀聚苯板朝外部的放热量,加强保温效果的同时,还具有较佳的阻火阻燃效果。
