The invention discloses a small-span rigid framework cantilever slab renovation structure suitable for upward arching of a roadbed. The small-span rigid framework cantilever slab renovation structurecomprises a column body structure and a cantilever slab beam; one part of the lower end of the column body structure is arranged below an upper arch geology, and the other part of the upper end of thecolumn body structure penetrates through the upper arch geology; the upper end of the column body structure is connected with the cantilever plate beam; a void layer is arranged between the cantilever plate beam and the surface of the roadbed; and the column body structure comprises a pile foundation and a pier column, a separation layer is arranged around the side wall of the pier column, and the separation layer is filled with emulsified asphalt. By arranging the void layer, it can be directly avoided that when the roadbed arches upwards, the surface of the roadbed possibly lifts the cantilever plate beam at first; the separation layer is arranged around the side wall of the pier column, the separation layer is filled with the emulsified asphalt, the acting force between the pier columnand the upwarp geology around the pier column can be relieved, the rock mass can be prevented from generating the lifting effect on the pier column in the continuous upwarp process, and therefore thesituation that the cantilever plate beam is lifted accordingly, and rail structure deformation is caused is avoided.
