Upward arching treatment method of double-block type ballastless track
The invention provides an upward arching treatment method of a double-block type ballastless track. The upward arching treatment method comprises the steps that an upward arching area of the ballastless track and the position with the maximum upward arching amount are determined; a roadbed slab is excavated in the position with the maximum upward arching amount in the transverse direction; longitudinal steel bars are cut off at the position with the maximum upward arching amount; stress release is conducted on the excavated position of the roadbed slab till the longitudinal displacement of theroadbed slab changes to a preset value; the excavated position of the roadbed slab is repaired; the steel bars are planted and anchored within a longitudinal preset range in front of and behind the excavated position of the roadbed slab; and grouting repair is conducted on the open joint between the roadbed slab and a supporting layer. Due to the fact that the processes of thinning internal materials of the track structure and frequently adjusting fasteners are not needed, the track structure is reconnected only by transversely cutting off the continuous roadbed slab, releasing the stress atthe upward arching position and after the stress is released, the treatment method is simple in process, small in treatment work amount and low in cost, the internal structure of the track is not damaged, and the strength and stability of the internal structure of the track are ensured.
本发明提供一种双块式无砟轨道上拱处理方法,包括:确认无砟轨道上拱区以及上拱量最大处;在上拱量最大处沿横向开凿道床板;在上拱量最大处切断纵向钢筋;对道床板开凿处进行应力释放,直到道床板的纵向位移变化至预设值;修复道床板开凿处;在道床板开凿处前后沿纵向预设范围内进行植筋锚固;对道床板和支撑层间存在的离缝进行注浆修复。由于无需削薄轨道结构内部材料等工序,也无需频繁调节扣件,只需对连续的道床板横向截断,对上拱处进行应力释放,应力释放完成后,将轨道结构重新连接,该处理方法工艺简单、处理工程量小、成本低,且不破坏轨道内部结构,保证了轨道内部结构的强度以及稳定性。
