Vibration reduction double-block type ballastless track
The invention discloses a vibration reduction double-block type ballastless track which comprises a track bed plate. The first sleeper and the second sleeper are respectively arranged on the top side of the roadbed slab and are oppositely arranged; the vibration reduction steel pipe is arranged above the top side of the roadbed slab in a suspended mode, and the two ends of the vibration reduction steel pipe are embedded in the first sleeper and the second sleeper respectively. In the invention, when a train passes or an earthquake acts, vertical force and longitudinal force are applied to the first sleeper and the second sleeper, vibration of the first sleeper and the second sleeper is easily caused, at the moment, the first sleeper and the second sleeper can obtain energy doubling dissipation through the vibration reduction steel pipe, and vibration between the first sleeper and the roadbed slab and vibration between the second sleeper and the roadbed slab are reduced; therefore, the vibration reduction and shock absorption effects of the whole structure of the double-block type ballastless track are achieved.
本发明公开了一种减振双块式无砟轨道,包括:道床板;第一轨枕及第二轨枕,所述第一轨枕与所述第二轨枕分别设于所述道床板顶侧并相对设置;减振钢管,所述减振钢管悬空设置在所述道床板顶侧上方且两端分别埋设于所述第一轨枕及所述第二轨枕内。在本发明中,当有列车经过或地震作用时对第一轨枕及第二轨枕施加竖向力和纵向力时容易引起,第一轨枕及第二轨枕的振动,此时第一轨枕及第二轨枕可通过减振钢管得到能量加倍耗散,减小第一轨枕及第二轨枕与道床板之间的振动,从而达到双块式无砟轨道整体结构的减振、减震效果。
