The invention relates to a steel damping shock absorption and isolation support which comprises an upper top plate, a spherical crown, a middle lining plate and a lower bottom plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. Sliding friction pairs are arranged between the upper top plate and the spherical crown, between the spherical crown and the middle lining plate and between the middle lining plate and the lower bottom plate; and directional slideways and steel damping parts are arranged between the upper top plate and the spherical crown and between the middle lining plate and the lower bottom plate. Compared with the prior art, under the normal operation condition of a bridge, the steel damping shock absorption and isolation support meets the requirement for free stretchingand retracting of a main beam under the action of variable loads such as temperature; when an earthquake comes, pins are cut off, limiting check blocks at the two sides of the directional slideways fail, the earthquake force borne by fixed piers is not increased any more, and therefore the shock insulation effect is achieved; and meanwhile, steel damping components on the piers play a role, the earthquake force is dissipated through reciprocating motion of the steel damping components, and excessive relative displacement of pier beams is prevented. The steel damping shock absorption and isolation support is simple in structure, obvious in effect, economical, practical and capable of meeting the product design requirement.
本发明涉及一种钢阻尼减隔震支座,包括由上而下依次设置的上顶板、球冠、中间衬板及下底板,上顶板与球冠之间、球冠与中间衬板之间、中间衬板与下底板之间均设有滑动摩擦副,并且上顶板与球冠之间、中间衬板与下底板之间均设有定向滑道及钢阻尼部件。与现有技术相比,本发明在桥梁正常运营状况下,能够满足主梁在温度等可变荷载作用下的自由伸缩;当地震来临时,销钉被剪断,定向滑道两侧的限位挡块失效,使固定墩所受到的地震力不再增大,起到隔震作用,同时各个桥墩上的钢阻尼部件发挥作用,通过钢阻尼部件往复运动,耗散地震力,防止墩梁相对位移过大;本发明结构简单,效果明显,经济实用,可满足产品设计需求。
