A traditional shock absorption and isolation support is poor in shock absorption effect and complex in replacement process. The device comprises an upper support plate, wherein a spherical crown lining plate is arranged below the upper support plate; a plane sliding friction pair is arranged between the upper support plate and the spherical crown lining plate; a sliding plate is arranged below the spherical crown lining plate, and a spherical sliding friction pair is arranged between the spherical crown lining plate and the sliding plate; a lower support plate is arranged below the sliding plate, and a plane sliding friction pair is arranged between the sliding plate and the lower support plate; and the sliding plate is connected with the lower support plate through a spiral steel damping element. The force borne by the support acts on the spiral steel damping element connected with the support, steel damping and friction damping energy consumption is achieved, seismic loads are buffered, and damage to the support is reduced.
