The invention provides a steel pipe bundling assembly and a steel pipe bundling device. The steel pipe bundling assembly comprises a mounting plate, a supporting column and a plurality of bundling pieces, wherein the supporting column is arranged adjacent to the end of the mounting plate and connected with the mounting plate; the plurality of bundling pieces are evenly distributed on the mountingplate; each bundling piece comprises a plurality of steel pipes which are all connected with the mounting plate; the steel pipes and the supporting column are located on the same side of the mountingplate; the steel pipes of at least one bundling piece are arranged adjacent to the supporting column; a containing groove is formed in the supporting column; and the opening direction of the containing groove faces one steel pipe, and at least part of the steel pipes adjacent to the supporting column are contained in the containing groove. According to the steel pipe bundling assembly and the steel pipe bundling device, the containing groove is formed in the supporting column and used for containing part of the steel pipes, the number of the steel pipes mounted on the mounting plate is increased, accordingly, the road holding force between the steel pipe bundling assembly and the ground is increased, and the stability of the steel pipe bundling assembly on the ground is improved.
