The invention discloses a soft floor and a manufacturing process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of plate processing. The soft floor comprises a soft base plate, a cloth fiber layer, a heat preservation layer and a decoration layer which are distributed in a stacked mode from bottom to top. When the soft base plate, the cloth fiber layer, the heat preservation layer and the decorationlayer are distributed in the stacked mode, the cloth fiber layer can be dipped in glue, the horizontal friction force between the soft base plate and the heat preservation layer is increased, meanwhile, the soft base plate and the heat preservation layer are firmly bonded in the vertical direction, the adhesive ability of the cloth fiber layer is fully utilized, and then the dual technical effectsof resisting glue failure and deformation and improving the buffering capacity are achieved; and the soft floor further has the dampproof and waterproof performance of a common floor, the buffering capacity of stacking of the soft base plate and the heat preservation layer is achieved, the foot feeling is relatively good, and when cups, mobile phones, flat plates and other fragile objects fall onthe floor, the fragile objects cannot be broken.
