The soft LVT floor comprises a base layer raw material and an anti-warping layer raw material, wherein the base layer raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of PVC resin powder, 4-8 parts of a plasticizer, 40-60 parts of calcium carbonate, 20-30 parts of an LVT milled powder reclaimed material, 0.8-1 part of a stabilizer, 0.5-1.0 part of an auxiliary agent, 0.5-2 parts of a smoke suppressant, 0.2-0.5 part of an internal lubricant and 0.1-0.5 part of an external lubricant; the anti-warping layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) resin powder, 20 to 30 parts of plasticizer, 10 to 20 parts of light calcium carbonate, 0.1 to 1.0 part of stabilizer, 0.5 to 1.0 part of additive, 0.5 to 2 parts of smoke suppressant, 0.2 to 0.5 part of internal lubricant and 0.2 to 0.5 part of external lubricant. According to the manufacturing method of the soft LVT floor, the production process of the LVT floor can be simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
