The invention discloses a self-compacting rock-fill concrete construction process. The process comprises the following steps that 1, a foundation bin surface is treated, wherein firstly, loose rock blocks, sundries, soil and the like are removed, thorough flushing is carried out, no accumulated water exists, then roughing is carried out through a high-pressure water gun, and finally roughening iscarried out through an electric pneumatic pick; 2, a formwork is installed, wherein before formwork engineering construction, the geometric dimension is firstly designed according to the engineering structure, the strength, rigidity and stability should be ensured by formwork supporting, and the formwork is formed by combining a steel formwork and bamboo plywood; and 3, rock filling is carried out, wherein rock-fill materials are stacked when the strength of the concrete reaches 2.5 MPa or above. According to the process, the construction defects caused by the situation that construction operators are lack of subjective experience in the traditional vibrating compaction construction process can be remarkably reduced and even avoided; the technical problem that vibrating compaction construction of a complex structure is difficult can be solved; and rock-fill gaps are filled by means of self weight, so that concrete with a high stone content is formed.
