The machine structurally comprises a shell, a plurality of protective shells, a plurality of side rolling shafts, a plurality of mainwheel shells, a plurality of rotating shafts, a plurality of top covers, a plurality of handles, a plurality of discharge ports and an opening and closing device, the protective shells are located atthe two sides of the shell, the side rolling shafts are located at one sides of the protective shells, and the multiple main wheel shells are located at one sides of the side rolling shafts. The multiple rotating shafts are located at the annular outer sides of the main wheel shells, the multiple top covers are connected to the top end of the shell, the multiple handles are connected to one sidesof the top covers, and the discharge ports are located at one sides of the top covers. The opening and closing device is located at one side of the shell, the machine is controlled to be opened and closed through the opening and closing device and is unfolded on a column through an included angle to climb, and therefore the dirt suction effect on the column is achieved.
