The invention discloses a sewage suction machine and a sewage suction method. The sewage suction machine comprises a sewage suction disc, a sewage suction pipe, a cleaning brush, an assembly frame, acontrol device, a relay and a water suction pump, wherein the cleaning brush is installed at the bottom of the sewage suction disc; the assembly frame is installed on the top of the sewage suction disc; one end of the sewage suction pipe penetrates through the assembly frame and the sewage suction disc and is connected with the cleaning brush, and the other end of the sewage suction pipe is connected with the water suction pump; the control device comprises a control panel, an axial motor, a motor driver and a power source; the axial motor is installed on the assembly frame; the output end ofthe motor driver is connected with the input end of the axial motor; the input end of the motor driver and the input end of the relay are connected with the output end of the control panel; the outputend of the relay is connected with the input end of the water suction pump; and the control panel, the motor driver and the relay are connected with the output end of the power source. The assembly frame and the control device are additionally arranged on the basis of a traditional manual sewage suction machine, automatic operation of the sewage suction disc can be achieved, and labor is saved.
本发明公开了一种吸污机及吸污方法,吸污机包括吸污盘、吸污管、清洁刷、装配框架、控制装置、继电器以及抽水泵;所述清洁刷安装于吸污盘的底部;所述装配框架安装在吸污盘的顶部;所述吸污管一端穿过装配框架、吸污盘并与清洁刷连接,另一端与抽水泵连接;控制装置包括控制板、轴位电机、电机驱动器以及电源;所述轴位电机安装在装配框架上;电机驱动器的输出端与轴位电机的输入端连接,电机驱动器、继电器的输入端与控制板的输出端连接,继电器的输出端与抽水泵的输入端连接;控制板、电机驱动器、继电器分别与电源的输出端连接。本发明在传统手动吸污机的基础上加装装配框架以及控制装置,可实现吸污盘的自动运行,节省人力。
