Semi-flexible composite concrete material
The invention discloses a semi-flexible compound concrete material which is characterized by comprising a cementing material, stone particles and a grouting material, and the particle size of the stone particles is 5-14 mm; the grouting material comprises the components: cement, water, a polymer and sand. The cementing material is a composite polymer leveling layer cementing material. The phenomena of hollowing, cracking, crazing, breaking and the like of an existing common concrete material are reduced. The performance parameters such as bonding strength, breaking strength and compressive strength of the semi-flexible compound concrete material are ensured to meet the national standard, the minimum thickness of a floor can be reduced to 2 cm, and the purpose of saving cost is achieved.
本发明公开了半柔复合物混凝土材料,其特征在于,该材料包括:胶结物、石材颗粒和灌浆料,所述石材颗粒的粒径为5‑14mm;所述灌浆料组成成分包括水泥、水、聚合物、砂;所述胶结物为复合聚合物找平层胶结物。本发明减少了现有普通的混凝土材料空鼓、开裂、龟裂、断裂等现象发生。在保证半柔复合物混凝土材料粘结强度、抗折及抗压强度等性能参数满足国家标准的同时,减少地坪厚度最薄可低至2cm,达到节省成本的目的。
