Method for improving electric field breakdown strength of dielectric material
The invention relates to a method for improving the electric field breakdown strength of a dielectric material, and belongs to the technical field of physical engineering. The method for improving theelectric field breakdown strength of the dielectric material comprises the steps: spin-coating a LaNiO3 precursor solution on a Pt (111) substrate to prepare a first wet film; drying, pyrolyzing andannealing the obtained first wet film to obtain a multi-layer LaNiO3 thin film; spin-coating the obtained multilayer LaNiO3/Pt (111) with a PLZST precursor solution to prepare a second wet film; drying, pyrolyzing and annealing the obtained second wet film to obtain a multi-layer PLZST thin film; selecting the breakdown field intensity of a test material under the electric field; and polarizing asample at low temperature to obtain new breakdown field intensity of the material. In the low-temperature polarization process, defect dipoles are highly ordered, and the awakening material has higherbreakdown field intensity.
本发明涉及一种提高介电材料电场击穿强度的方法,属于物理工程技术领域。一种提高介电材料电场击穿强度的方法,是将LaNiO3前驱体溶液旋涂于Pt(111)衬底制得第一湿膜;所得第一湿膜干燥、热解、退火制得多层LaNiO3薄膜;将PLZST前驱体溶液旋涂于所得多层LaNiO3/Pt(111)上制得第二湿膜;所得第二湿膜干燥、热解、退火制得多层PLZST薄膜;选定电场下测试材料的击穿场强;将样品低温极化,得到材料的新的击穿场强。本发明低温极化过程中缺陷偶极子的高度有序化,唤醒材料更高的击穿场强。
