The invention relates to the field of preparation of building material; enol polyether is prepared from ethylene oxide and propylene oxide by using a block copolymerization method, the enol polyetheris copolymerized with silicon-based modified oleic acid containing double bonds to prepare modified polyether molecules with multiple molecular chain segments in molecular chains, and the modified polyether molecules are applied to synthesis of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; through complex chain segments, the steric hindrance of molecules is increased, the interaction force between macromolecular chains is reduced, the viscosity of a solution is reduced, and finally, the surface tension of the synthesized polycarboxylate water reducing agent is reduced, so that cement particles are more effectively dispersed, the agglomeration phenomenon of the cement particles is reduced, and the fluidity of concrete is improved. The water reducing agent provided by the invention can obtainhigh fluidity and reduce the use amount of water under the condition of low mixing amount, so that the dry shrinkage phenomenon of concrete is avoided, the compactness of the concrete is improved, theworking performance of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
