The device comprises a machine frame, wherein the machine frame isof an I-shaped structure and comprises a cross beam and supports located at the two ends of the cross beam, a laser profiler and an image detection module are arranged on the cross beam, wheel type traveling mechanisms are arranged on the supports, each wheel type traveling mechanism comprises traveling wheels and a motor used for driving the traveling wheels to rotate, pressure sensors are arranged between the supports and the traveling wheels, balancing weights are oppositely arranged on the machine frame, storage batteries used for providing electric energy is further arranged on the supports, the machine frame is of a bilaterally symmetrical H-shaped structure, meanwhile, the traveling wheels and the storage batteries are arranged on the supports, the overall structure of the machineframe is stable through the balancing weights, the gravity center of the whole detection device is located in the middle, and the balance of the whole integrated detection device in rail operation isguaranteed. According to the device, inaccurate measurement data caused by inclination is avoided, and the stability of the laser profiler in the operation process is greatly improved, so that the reliability of test data is ensured.
