The invention provides a high-precision integrated track geometrical parameter measurement method, an integrated track comprises a plurality of target tracks, and the method comprises the following steps: irradiating the target tracks through a light source; acquiring an image on the target track through an image acquisition device; extracting light bar image information from the acquired image through an image recognition algorithm; simultaneously moving the light source and the image receiving equipment for a set distance, and then continuously extracting the light strip image information until the light source and the image receiving equipment move to traverse the target track; fitting the extracted light bar image information of the target track along the track direction to obtain geometric parameters of the target track; and geometrically unifying the appearance of each target track to obtain the overall geometric parameters of the integrated track. A high-precision recognition algorithm is adopted to extract light bars in the image, so that the efficiency and accuracy of track geometric parameter measurement are improved; evaluation of the overall geometrical parameter condition of the integrated track is realized through a non-contact measurement means.
