The invention relates to a lane gridding milling construction method and a gridding node marking device thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that the width of a road is measured, and the center line of the road is marked out; from the center line of the road, a plurality of uniform longitudinal marking lines are marked on the two sides of the center line according to themilling width of a milling machine, and therefore the road is divided into a plurality of longitudinal strips; a plurality of transverse marking lines are marked along the transverse direction of theroad every 15-20 meters along the longitudinal marking lines, and the road is divided into grids; the elevation of the node of each longitudinal marking line and each transverse marking line is calculated so as to plot the milling thickness required by each section in the grid, and the nodes are marked; and the milling machine is used for milling the divided longitudinal strips on the road according to the sequence from the two sides to the middle, and the milling thickness of the milling machine is adjusted according to the node mark of each section. The construction method has the effect ofconveniently adjusting the milling thickness of the milling machine according to the fluctuation degree of a road.
