The invention discloses a wall gridding structure and gridding method of a building integrated and assembled wall. The integrated and assembled wall consists of brackets horizontally arranged at different heights, top-seat positioning piles, vertical face plates and concrete filler, wherein the brackets consist of mutually separated cross beam sections and cross beam connecting pieces between the cross beam sections; a wall is partitioned into mutually separated gridded surfaces by convex ribs on outer side faces of cross beams; the vertical face plates are vertically partitioned by vertical gridding strips with the convex ribs. The wall can be quickly constructed on site without prefabricated parts or without being previously made into a frame; a wall frame can be flexibly and quickly constructed and the wall can be cast on site by using the most basic strip-shaped components; the construction of the wall is hardly affected by the partition wall; the construction process is not limited to the sizes of the components; the structure and method can adapt to various wall structures; the components are convenient to transport, the wall construction process is quick, and the construction is flexible.
