The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that S1, first datum line design is conducted on T-shaped profiles, profile steel, transverse partitionplates and longitudinal partition plates, and first datum line design and second datum line design are conducted on inner shell plates and outer shell plates; S2, a plurality of T-shaped profiles, a plurality of pieces of profile steel, a plurality of transverse partition plates, a plurality of longitudinal partition plates, an inner shell plate and an outer shell plate are spliced into a block body according to the first datum line; S3, four blocks are pre-assembled into a small section according to the second datum line; and S4, multiple small sections are folded into a tube section according to the second datum line. Splicing is carried out according to the first datum line, so that parts do not need to be measured, operation is simplified, accurate positioning of all the parts is guaranteed, and precision control over block splicing is achieved.
