The driving device comprises a manual jack, an operating handle of the manual jack is connected with a driving mechanism for driving the operating handle to swing, the driving mechanism comprises a sliding rod connected with the bottom of the upper lid in a sliding mode, a push rod capable of abutting against the operating handle is fixedly connected to the sliding rod, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod are further rotationally connected to the sliding rod; the first connecting rod is rotationally connected with an upper lever rotationally connected with the upper lid, and the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with a lower lever rotationally connected with the upper lid; and the sliding rod is further connected with a spring bolt matched with a lock groove of the well lid frame in a far-away mode,and the spring bolt is in a locked state and an unlocked state by enabling the sliding rod to slide. The tunnel escape well lid provided by the invention has a self-locking function, can be opened on the upper side and the lower side of a well and can stillbe opened under the condition of no electric power, so that the reliability is improved.
