Compared with a traditional construction method of adopting a winch to be matched with a pulley block in hoisting, the construction method for hoisting and transporting the basementwater chilling unit has the advantages that the construction safety can be enhanced, the operation is simple, and the construction efficiency is enhanced; and the construction method for hoisting andtransporting the basement water chilling unit is applied to the field of water chilling unit hoisting construction.
本发明公开了一种吊装运输地下室冷水机组施工方法，通过合理设置预留孔洞的位置，靠近建筑物的边缘，便于使用随车吊，先通过随车吊将冷水机组竖直吊装到地下室，再通过电动搬运小车运输冷水机组至设备基础上，其中冷水机组运输至设备基础的边缘处时，交换垫块与搬运小车的上下位置，再将冷水机组运输至设备基础上，保证冷水机组水平移动，使施工更加安全，与传统施工方法中采用卷扬机配合滑轮组吊装的方法相比，能够提高施工安全性，并且操作简单，提高施工效率，此发明用于冷水机组吊装施工领域。
