The construction method has the advantages that the structural form of the reserved hoisting hole of the basement can be quickly closed, the construction quality of the floor is efficiently guaranteed, and the construction period is shortened; for a hoisting hole in a municipal road, early closing of the hoisting hole, early backfilling of a top plate and early smoothness of the road can be realized. And for equipment replacement in the later period, the hoisting hole sealing structure can be simply and conveniently disassembled, and then is sealed.
