Thermal insulation mortar taking EPS and salt filled expanded perlite as aggregates and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses thermal insulation mortar taking EPS (expandable polystyrene) and salt-filled expanded perlite as aggregates and a preparation method. The thermal insulation mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-70 parts of magnesium oxide powder, 5-55 parts of fly ash, 2-10 parts of EPS particles and 10-70 parts of salt-filled expanded perlite. The salt-filled expanded perlite is expanded perlite particles containing magnesium salt crystals or phosphate fine powder in open pores, wherein when the salt-filled expanded perlite is expanded perlite particles containing magnesium salt crystals in open pores, the magnesium oxide powder is active magnesium oxide powder; and when the salt-filled expanded perlite is expanded perlite particles containing phosphate fine powder in open pores, the magnesium oxide powder is inactive magnesium oxide powder. The expanded perlite is used as a carrier of magnesium salt or phosphate, moisture absorption of the magnesiumsalt or phosphate is avoided, meanwhile, expanded perlite particles are loaded, the problems of hollowing and cracking after later construction are avoided, the magnesium cement is used as a binding agent, and application of the binding agent or a coupling agent is omitted.
本发明公开了一种以EPS和盐填充膨胀珍珠岩为骨料的保温砂浆及制作方法,所述保温砂浆包括以下质量份的组分:氧化镁粉20~70份,粉煤灰5~55份,EPS颗粒2~10份,盐填充膨胀珍珠岩10~70份;所述盐填充膨胀珍珠岩为开孔中含镁盐盐晶或磷酸盐细粉的膨胀珍珠岩颗粒;其中:当所述盐填充膨胀珍珠岩为开孔中含镁盐盐晶的膨胀珍珠岩颗粒时,所述氧化镁粉为活性氧化镁粉;当所述盐填充膨胀珍珠岩为开孔中含磷酸盐细粉的膨胀珍珠岩颗粒时,所述氧化镁粉为无活性氧化镁粉。膨胀珍珠岩作为镁盐或磷酸盐的载体,避免镁盐或磷酸盐吸潮,同时膨胀珍珠岩颗粒进行了填充,避免了后期施工后的空鼓、开裂问题,利用镁水泥作为粘结剂,省去了粘结剂或者耦合剂的应用。
