The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing fused quartz powder, sodium bentonite, lignin fibers as additives, potassium titanate whiskers and water-soluble ammonium salt as raw materials, carrying out dry mixing, adding silica sol, performing strong stirring to obtain mixed slurry, injecting the mixed slurry into a shell cavity coated with a surface layer and the at least one back layer, and standing and curing to finish the process. In the curing molding process, exothermic reaction is avoided, the high-temperature strength is high, the collapsibility is good, the cost is low, and the investment casting molding requirements of hollow castings made of various metal materials can be met.
