The invention discloses an underground mechanism anti-floating design method and a novel anti-floating measure structure. The structure comprise a base, reinforcing angle iron, straight rods, ends, asteel pipe, open grooves, a lantern ring, and fixing frameworks. The reinforcing angle iron and the straight rods are of annular structures arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the areas of the small face ends of the lower ends of the ends are the same as the sectional areas of the top ends of the straight rods, and the areas of the large face ends of the upper ends of the ends are twicethe areas of the small face ends; a plurality of steel strands are arranged inside the steel pipe; the distance between the end of each of the open grooves and each of the lantern rings is 5-10 cm, and the upper end of each of the open grooves exceeds each of the straight rods by 10-20 cm; the number of the fixing frameworks is at least two, and the fixing frameworks are up-down-symmetrically arranged.
