Test device and method for simulating influence of foundation pit excavation on shield tunnel with anti-floating anchor rods
The invention discloses a test device and method for simulating the influence of foundation pit excavation on a shield tunnel with anti-floating anchor rods. The test device comprises a model box, a foundation pit excavation simulation device and an existing shield tunnel model are arranged in the model box, the foundation pit excavation simulation device is arranged above the existing shield tunnel model, the existing shield tunnel model comprises a pipe body composed of segment rings, end opening covers installed at the two ends of the pipe body and the anti-floating anchor rods installed atthe lower portion of the pipe body, a datum beam is arranged in the pipe body, penetrates through the end opening covers at the two ends of the pipe body and then is connected and fixed to the modelbox, and the existing shield tunnel model is provided with a monitoring section; and a detection device is installed at the monitoring section. By means of the test method, the working condition of the shield tunnel with the anti-floating anchor rods can be simulated; the advantages of economy and convenience are realized; and the test device and method are particularly suitable for researching the anti-floating effect generated by the anti-floating anchor rods under the working condition that an existing tunnel bulges due to foundation pit excavation at the upper part.
本发明公开了一种模拟带抗浮锚杆的盾构隧道受基坑开挖影响的试验装置及方法,该装置包括模型箱,所述模型箱内部设置有基坑开挖模拟装置和既有盾构隧道模型,所述基坑开挖模拟装置布置在既有盾构隧道模型上方,所述既有盾构隧道模型包括由管片环组成的管体、安装在管体两端的端口盖和安装在管体下部的抗浮锚杆,管体内部设有基准梁,基准梁贯穿管体的两端端口盖后与模型箱相连并固定,所述既有盾构隧道模型设置监测断面,监测断面处安装检测装置。通过本发明的试验方法,可模拟盾构隧道带抗浮锚杆的工况;具有经济方便的优点;尤其在上方基坑开挖造成既有隧道隆起工况下,对研究抗浮锚杆产生的抗浮效果尤其适用。
