The invention discloses a building outer wall heat preservation aluminum plate structure which comprises a concrete wall body. A binder layer, a fireproof cloth layer, a heat preservation aluminum plate layer, a reinforcing mesh, a concrete surface layer and a leveling decoration layer are sequentially arranged on the outer surface of the concrete wall body. The binder layer, the fireproof cloth layer, the heat preservation aluminum plate layer, the reinforcing mesh and the concrete surface layer are further fixedly connected with the concrete wall body through tie bars, a plurality of mounting grooves are evenly formed in the side face, close to the fireproof cloth layer, of the heat preservation aluminum plate layer, and tie bar penetrating holes allowing the tie bars to penetrate through are formed in the middles of the mounting grooves. Polyurethane heat preservation blocks are embedded in the mounting grooves in a matched manner, and a plurality of concrete anti-disengaging grooves are formed in the side face, close to the reinforcing mesh, of the heat preservation aluminum plate layer and located between the adjacent mounting grooves.
