The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to an outer wall heat preservation system combining an outer wall heat preservation building block and a finished heatpreservation plate. The outer wall heat preservation system comprises a building block body, a heat preservation plate body, a placing groove and a heat preservation material body; the heat preservation material body is arranged in the placing groove; a water passing groove is formed in the left side of the top of the building block body; and the bottom of the water passing groove extends to thesurface of the bottom of the building block body. Rainwater absorbed by the building block can be drained, a wall body is prevented from being soaked by the rainwater, meanwhile, the building block and the heat preservation plate can be mutually fixed, the heat preservation plate is prevented from falling off, and the problems that some existing building blocks are poor in waterproofness, rainwater floating on an outer wall surface is easily absorbed by the building blocks and cannot be drained in time, a wall body is soaked by the rainwater, meanwhile, most of heat preservation plates and thebuilding blocks are mutually fixed through mucilage glue, the heat preservation plates are prone to falling off in the long-term use process, and potential safety hazards exist are solved.
