Profiled steel sheet-ardealite-calcium silicate board composite floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a profiled steel sheet-ardealite-calcium silicate board composite floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a profiled steel sheet and C-shaped connecting pieces are blanked according to design requirements, and the C-shaped connecting pieces are mounted on the top surface of the profiled steel sheet through self-tapping screws; after all the C-shaped connecting pieces are mounted, the profiled steel sheet with the C-shaped connecting pieces is mounted on a floor beam, and then ardealite slurry is poured; after the ardealite slurry is formed and reaches the strength and the water content required by the design, the calcium silicate board is mounted on the top surfaces of the C-shaped connecting pieces by using special screws for mounting the calcium silicate board. The composite floor gives play to the ardealite filling performance, and the buckling failure risk of the profiled steel sheet is reduced; the strength performance of the ardealite is exerted, and the bearing capacity and the deformation capacity of the floor are improved; the heat preservation, thermal insulation and fire resistance of the ardealite are exerted, and the thermal performance and fireproof ability of the floor are improved; and in addition, application of the ardealite in the floor can further open up a new direction for resourceutilization of the ardealite.
本发明公开了一种压型钢板‑磷石膏‑硅酸钙板组合楼板及其制作方法;它是将压型钢板及C形连接件按照设计要求进行下料,利用自攻螺丝将C形连接件安装在压型钢板的顶面上;待所有C形连接件安装完毕后,将带C形连接件的压型钢板安装在楼面梁上,随后浇筑磷石膏浆体;待磷石膏浆体成型后,并达到设计所要求的强度及含水率后,利用硅酸钙板安装专用螺丝将硅酸钙板安装在C形连接件的顶面。该组合楼板发挥磷石膏填充性能,降低压型钢板屈曲破坏风险;发挥磷石膏的强度性能,提高楼板的承载能力及变形能力;发挥磷石膏保温隔热及耐火性能,提高楼板的热工性能及防火能力;此外,磷石膏在楼板中的运用还可为磷石膏资源化利用开辟一条新的方向。
