The invention discloses a low-density calcium silicate board prepared from ardealite solid waste and a preparation method of the low-density calcium silicate board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70% of phosphogypsum, 10-20% of cement, 5-20% of blast furnace slag, 5-10% of quartz powder and 5-10% of reinforced fibers; adding water into the raw materials, stirring to prepare mixed blank forming slurry, and controlling the total calcium-silicon molar ratio of the raw materials to be 0.6-0.9 and the pH value of the system to be 9-10; and (2) filtering water on the mixed blank forming slurry through a headbox to prepare a thin wet material layer, rewinding the thin wet material layer through a forming cylinder to form a wet plate blank, then carrying out plate compaction treatment on the wet plate blank, and carrying out pre-curing and autoclaved curing to obtain the low-density calcium silicate plate. The calcium silicate board prepared by taking the acidic solid waste ardealite as the main raw material has the characteristics of low density and high strength, and is good in product performance and low in production cost.
