Underground diaphragm wall dismantling device and method based on microwave cracking concrete technology
The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall dismantling device and method based on a microwave cracking concrete technology. The device comprises a dismantling device body, wherein the dismantling device body comprises a microwave power supply, a microwave system, a shielding box body, a lifting propulsion device, a microwave focusing antenna, a twisted waveguide, a laser displacement sensor and a steel bar cutting machine. The method comprises the steps that the laser displacement sensor is used for measuring the distance between the microwave focusing antenna and an underground diaphragm wall, the distance between the dismantling device and the underground diaphragm wall is kept within 1cm through the lifting propulsion device, the underground diaphragm wall is irradiated by utilizing appropriate microwave power until thermal spalling occurs, after concrete spalling is completed, steel bars are cut off by using the steel bar cutting machine, and concrete blocks are removedby using a crane. According to the device and method, the characteristic that high-power density microwaves are used for selectively heating mortar or high-loss reinforcing ribs is utilized, so thatthe concrete is cracked, and controllable non-blasting dismantling of the underground diaphragm wall is realized.
