The invention discloses a comb tooth type intelligent carrier which comprises walking mechanisms, a lifting device, lifting motors, a synchronizing device and a centering mechanism. The centering mechanism is arranged between the walking mechanisms; lifting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the walking mechanisms; the lifting motors are symmetrically arranged at the inner sides of the walking mechanisms; the lifting motors are connected with the lifting mechanisms; the synchronizing device is arranged at one side of the centering mechanism; and a lifting frame is arranged at the outer rings of the walking mechanisms and connected with the lifting device, and the lifting device is driven by the lifting motors so as to drive the lifting frame. The comb tooth type intelligent carrier is compact in structure and small in occupied space in the height direction; a movable pulley manner is adopted to reduce the output torque of the lifting motor and the reducer size; the synchronizing device is arranged to ensure front-back synchronous lifting; the walking mechanisms are driven by four wheels, so that the phenomena of slipping of walking wheels and jamming of rail transition parts when the rails are uneven are reduced; and the centering mechanism is provided with a centering synchronous chain, and synchronous centering of the front and rear wheel positions during centering of a centering rod is ensured.
