The invention relates to a comb tooth device of an automobile carrier. The comb tooth device comprises a box body, comb teeth, an automobile stopping rod, a servo motor, a speed reducer and a comb tooth transmission mechanism, the comb tooth transmission mechanism is composed of a first worm and gear transmission mechanism, a second worm and gear transmission mechanism, a first gear and rack transmission mechanism and a second gear and rack transmission mechanism. The servo motor and the speed reducer are arranged at one end of the outer side of the box body, an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the first worm and gear transmission mechanism and the second worm and gear transmission mechanism, and the first worm and gear transmission mechanism drives the comb teeth and the car stopping rod on one side to move horizontally through the first gear and rack transmission mechanism. And the second worm and gear transmission mechanism drives the comb teeth and the car stopping rod on the other side to translate through the second gear and rack transmission mechanism, and the two translating motions are kept synchronous inwards or outwards. The servo motor is arranged on the outer side of the box body, and protection of the servo motor is facilitated; the comb tooth device is compact in structure, stable in transmission and light in overall weight.

本发明涉及一种汽车搬运器的梳齿装置，包括箱体、梳齿、挡车杆、伺服电机、减速机和梳齿传动机构；梳齿传动机构由第一蜗轮蜗杆传动机构、第二蜗轮蜗杆传动机构、第一齿轮齿条传动机构、第二齿轮齿条传动机构组成；伺服电机和减速机设于箱体外侧一端，减速机的输出轴连接第一蜗轮蜗杆传动机构和第二蜗轮蜗杆传动机构，第一蜗轮蜗杆传动机构通过第一齿轮齿条传动机构带动一侧的梳齿及挡车杆平移，第二蜗轮蜗杆传动机构通过第二齿轮齿条传动机构带动另一侧的梳齿及挡车杆平移，2个平移运动向内或向外保持同步。本发明将伺服电机置于箱体外侧，有利于伺服电机的保护；且结构紧凑，传动平稳，梳齿装置整体重量轻。
