The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a pervious concrete reinforcing agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-25% of water reducing agent, 30-75% of micro powder, 0.5-2.2% of alkali-resistant glass fiber powder, 0.5-2.2% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.5-3.5% of sodium lignin sulfonate, 1.5-10.5% of polyurethane emulsion, 0.5-2.2% of calcium oxide, 0.5-2.2% of sodium nitrite and 1.5-10.5% of water. Silicon powder and a naphthalene water reducer are mixed according to the proportion of 3: 1, and then are mixedwith a water retaining agent, a retarder, a thickening agent and an anti-freezing agent to obtain the reinforcing agent, the reinforcing agent can ensure the water permeability of the pervious concrete, and the performance of the concrete, especially the compression resistance and the bending resistance; and the fluidity and slump of the concrete can be improved, the effect of the reinforcing agent is considered, and the cost control is combined, so that the reinforcing agent has the advantages of higher cost performance, low cost, good effect and the like.
