The invention discloses a reinforcing agent for pervious concrete, and relates to the technical field of building auxiliary agents. The reinforcing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 30 to 40 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 10 to 20 parts of polyoxyethylene ether, 8 to 16 parts of triethanolamine, 5 to 12 parts of dodecyl acrylate, 5 to 8 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 2 to 5 parts of coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the coupling agent, the sodium lignin sulfonate, the polyoxyethylene ether and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate for the first time, then adding the polyurethane emulsion, the triethanolamine and the dodecyl acrylate for mixing for the second time, and keeping the temperature at 40 DEG C after mixing for the second time. All raw material components of the concrete are optimally configured, particularly the polyurethane emulsion, the polyoxyethylene ether, the triethanolamine and the dodecyl acrylate are introduced, and tests show that the water permeability of the concrete can be effectively improved.
