Sol-bonded high-temperature high-strength wear-resistant castable and application method thereof
The invention discloses a sol-bonded high-temperature high-strength wear-resistant castable, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of 0.044-8mm corundum-mullite, 20-30 parts of 0.05-6mm industrial Si3N4-SiC, 2-6 parts of aluminum oxide less than or equal to 5mu m, 3-6 parts of 0.01-1mm of metal silicon powder, 4-12 parts of 0.02-5mu m of silicon oxide,10-20 parts of a binder, 4-8 parts of silica sol, and 0.1-0.3 parts of a stabilizer. The invention discloses an application method of a sol-bonded high-temperature high-strength wear-resistant castable. The application method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) crushing and grinding; (3) uniformly stirring to obtain a castable; (4) guiding the castable into a prefabricatedmold, and performing vibration compaction; and (5) naturally drying and curing for 8-24 hours, demolding, and then baking. In the application, Sialon is formed through solid solution between corundum-mullite and Si3N4-SiC, and permeation of aluminum oxide, silicon oxide and metal silicon powder is added, so that the castable has the characteristics of high strength, good wear resistance, good thermal stability and good corrosion resistance.
