The invention provides a castable with high strength, chemical erosion resistance, wear resistance and fire resistance. The castable comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of silicon carbide aggregate, 5-20% of corundum aggregate, 3-7% of aluminate cement, 0.1-0.3% of water reducing agent, 0.7-1.2% of silica sol, 2-5% of boron nitride, 2-5% of aluminum nitride and 0.3-0.8% of steel fiber. Wherein the silicon carbide aggregate is obtained according to grain composition and comprises silicon carbide coarse aggregate, silicon carbide medium aggregate, silicon carbide fine aggregate and silicon carbide dedusting powder. According to the invention, an aluminate cement-silica sol system is used as a cementing agent, so that the coating is good in mixing stability and leakage-proof, and has a better wear-resistant protection effect. Silicon carbide is used as a main aggregate and is matched with corundum for use, so that the acid and alkali corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance of the castable can be effectively improved; silicon carbide and corundum with different particle sizes are used as aggregates, so that gaps among particles can be effectively filled, and the density is improved; boron nitride and aluminum nitride are added, so that the heat conductivity of the castable can be improved, and the stability is improved.
本发明提供了一种高强度、耐化学侵蚀、耐磨耐火的浇注料,各组份的质量配比为:碳化硅骨料50~70%,刚玉骨料5~20%,铝酸盐水泥3~7%,减水剂0.1~0.3%,硅溶胶0.7~1.2%,氮化硼2~5%,氮化铝2~5%,钢纤维0.3~0.8%;其中,所用碳化硅骨料按照颗粒级配所得,包括碳化硅粗骨料、碳化硅中骨料、碳化硅细骨料、碳化硅除尘粉。本发明以铝酸盐水泥‑硅溶胶体系作为胶结剂,混合稳定性好,防渗漏,具有更好的耐磨防护效果。以碳化硅作为主要骨料,配合刚玉使用,可以有效提高浇注料的耐酸碱腐蚀性能、热震性能;不同粒径的碳化硅和刚玉作为骨料,能够有效填补颗粒之间的缝隙,提高致密度;添加氮化硼和氮化铝可提高浇注料的热导率,改善稳定性。
