Antibacterial ceramic and manufacturing method thereof
An antibacterial ceramic is manufactured by screen-printing or inkjet-printing the surface of a ceramic green body manufactured by the prior art with antibacterial ink prepared from ceramic stamp-padink and an antibacterial powder material. The ink is prepared from, by weight, 95-98 parts of the ceramic stamp-pad ink and 2-5 parts of the antibacterial powder material. A manufacturing method of the antibacterial ceramic comprises the following steps: preparing materials, stirring, spraying, drying and baking, wherein baking is carried out in an electric baking oven at 330-700 DEG C and 700-1280 DEG C for 1-2 hours in sequence; and finally, discharging the finished product out of an oven. The antibacterial ink used in the invention is formed by drying and high-temperature baking, has good antibacterial and disinfection effects, is firmly adhered and permeates into the ceramic body, so that the ceramic has good antibacterial and disinfection effects, does not need additional disinfectionin the use process, and can be used by a user at ease, the trouble of frequent disinfection in the past can be avoided, the disinfection cost can be saved, cross infection can be avoided, and the health of a human body and environmental protection are facilitated.
一种抗菌陶瓷是在现有技术制造的陶瓷坯体表面通过丝网印刷或喷墨打印有由陶瓷印油和抗菌粉体材料的抗菌油墨,该油墨由如下重量份配比的原料组成:陶瓷印油95‑98份,抗菌粉体材料2‑5份。所述抗菌陶瓷的制造方法,包括如下步骤:备料、搅拌、喷涂、干燥、烘烤:在电烘烤炉内先后用330‑700℃和00‑1280℃,烘烤1‑2小时,最后是成品出炉。本发明所用抗菌油墨,经干燥、高温烘烤而成,抗菌消毒作用好,粘贴牢固并渗透到陶瓷坯体内,因此这种陶瓷本身就有很好的抗菌消毒作用,使用过程中不需要另外消毒,使用人可以放心使用,既可以避免以往要经常消毒的麻烦还可以节省消毒费用,可以避免交叉感染,有利于使用人体的健康和环境保护。
