According to the pavement protective agent spraying device, by arranging the spraying cover, effective spraying of a pavement protective agent can be achieved; by arranging the flattening mechanism, protective agent substances on a pavement can be flattened after spraying, so that the pavement is smoother, and the pavement protective agent is more uniform on the pavement; and by arranging the press blowing mechanism, the pavement can be blown and pressed, so that the pavement protective agent and the pavement body are efficiently and quickly combined, and the maintenance effecton the pavement is good.
