The invention relates to a formula of a concrete pavement repairing agent. The formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: a component A: 45 parts of 100-mesh mixed quartz sand, 20 parts of 200-mesh quartz powder, 20 parts of kaolin, 2 parts of anti-crack fiber, 5 parts of thickened bentonite and 3 parts of sericite; the component B is prepared from 97 parts of hybrid nano ceramic liquid and 3 parts of a defoaming agent; the method comprises the following steps: cutting and digging out a pothole part, filling and leveling up the pothole part by using early-strength concrete to be higher than a concrete base surface, cutting cracks of the concrete base surface, pouring early-strength concrete mortar to be higher than the ground, cleaning the base surface, permeating once by using nano ceramic liquid, and mechanically spraying the pasty fluid nano ceramic liquid twice; construction is rapid and simple, labor cost is very low, mechanical construction is achieved, maintenance is not needed after spraying is completed, traffic can be conducted one hour after construction in summer, the highest strength is achieved after 96 hours, and the paint is completely waterproof and resistant to acid rain corrosion. The pencil hardness reaches 9H or above, and the coating is resistant to high temperature of 1000 DEG C, does not change color, is resistant to aging and freeze thawing, never bulges and has the same service life as concrete.
