The novel offshore booster station foundation grouting device comprises a jacket and a pile shoe fixedly arranged outside the jacket, wherein a ship berthing platform allowing a ship to get close to and berth is arranged on the jacket; and the grouting device is characterized by further comprising a grouting assembly and a pipe connecting panel, wherein the connecting pipe panel is arranged on the ship berthing platform; the grouting assembly comprises a grouting pipe, one end of the grouting pipe communicateswith the interior of the pile shoe, and the other end of the grouting pipe is installed on the pipe connecting panel through a connecting pipe connector. Compared with the prior art, by presetting the grouting assembly, a large amount of underwater operation is reduced, the safety of grouting work is greatly improved, after a steel pipe pile is installed, grouting is conducted in the grouting pipe through the connecting pipe connector on the connecting pipe panel, grout flows into a gap between the pile shoe and the steel pipe pile through the grouting pipe, the grouting process is extremelysimple and convenient, only grouting equipment needs to be externally connected to the pipe connecting panel, the construction safety is high, the working efficiency is high, and the practicability ishigh.
