The invention provides a mounting structure of an assembly type external corner ceiling. The structure comprises a suspended connecting piece, a first ceiling unit, a second ceiling unit and an external corner closing unit. The top of the suspended connecting piece is fixedly connected with a top wall; the first ceiling unit comprises a first gypsum board and a first ceiling board arranged below the first gypsum board; the second ceiling unit comprises a second gypsum board and a second ceiling board arranged below the second gypsum board; the first ceiling unit and the second ceiling unit areboth connected with suspended connecting piece; the external corner closing unit comprises an aluminum alloy connecting piece and side plates, the side plates are perpendicular to the first ceiling board and the second ceiling board, the side plates are arranged at the outer side of the aluminum alloy connecting piece, the first ceiling unit is higher than the second ceiling unit, and the first ceiling unit and the second ceiling unit are located at the two sides of the aluminum alloy connecting piece respectively; and the aluminum alloy connecting piece is connected with the suspended connecting piece. Compared with the prior art, the mounting structure has the advantages that the aluminum alloy connecting piece plays a dual role in top plate closing and top surface keel, procedures arereduced, the burden of workers is relieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
