Composite wood floor and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a composite wood floor, and relates to the technical field of composite floor design and manufacturing. The composite wood floor comprises a composite floor body, wherein the composite floor body is at least provided with a first UV layer, a solid wood layer, an adhesive layer, a glass magnesium board layer and a second UV layer from top to bottom, locking structures are arranged at every two opposite side edges of the composite floor body, and each locking structure comprises a clamping body arranged on one side of the composite floor body and a clamping groove formedin the other opposite side of the composite floor body; the clamping bodies horizontally extend outwards from the end face of the composite floor body, and the thickness of the completely exposed endsof the clamping bodies is larger than that of the semi-exposed ends of the clamping bodies; and the horizontal outermost ends of the clamping grooves are provided with upward clamping protrusions used for abutting against the semi-exposed ends of the clamping bodies to limit the clamping bodies from being disengaged from the clamping grooves. The invention further discloses a mounting method based on the composite wood floor. High practicability of the composite floor is guaranteed, and the composite floor is more convenient and healthier to use. The mounting success rate and the mounting efficiency of the composite floor are also improved.
本发明公开了一种复合木地板,涉及复合地板设计制造技术领域。包括复合地板,复合地板自上而下至少设置有第一UV层、实木层、粘接剂层、玻镁板层、第二UV层,复合底板每两个相对侧边位置均设置有锁接结构,锁接结构包括设置在复合底板的一侧处的卡接体和在复合地板的相对另一侧处设置的卡接凹槽;卡接体自复合地板端面水平向外延伸,卡接体的完全外露端厚度大于卡接体的半外露端的厚度;卡接凹槽的水平最外端设置有向上的用于抵接在卡接体的半外露端处以限制卡接体脱出于卡接凹槽的卡接凸起。本发明还公开了一种基于该复合木地板的安装方法,在保证复合地板的高实用性,使复合地板使用更加方便、健康。也提高的了复合地板的安装成功率和安装效率。
