The invention discloses a wood floor for seamless splicing and a mounting method thereof, in the wood floor, a seamless positioning connecting layer is used for being spliced with a connecting batten, a splicing structure at one end of the seamless positioning connecting layer is one of a first splicing structure and a second splicing structure, and the splicing structure of the connecting batten is the other one; the first splicing structure is provided with a right-angle splicing tenon with a downward rabbet, and a first round wood tenon hole is formed in the protruding part of the outermost side of the right-angle splicing tenon and used for containing part of the round wood tenon. The second splicing structure is provided with a right-angle splicing mortise with an upward rabbet, and a second round wood mortise hole is formed in the concave portion of the right-angle splicing mortise and used for containing part of the round wood tenon. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the seamless positioning connecting layer and the connecting batten are arranged to be of a mortise and tenon joint structure capable of being matched with each other, the round wood plug is additionally arranged in the structure and used for further improving the stability of the splicing structure, and seamless splicing with high stability can be achieved through matching.
