The invention discloses a double-layer integral lifting operation platform used for high-rise building construction. The double-layer integral lifting operation platform comprises an upper operation platform body, a lower operation platform body, connecting rods (9) and a crawling ladder (10). The connecting rods are mounted between the upper operation platform body and the lower operation platform body to form a double-layer operation platform structure. The crawling ladder is connected between the upper operation platform body and the lower operation platform body. Lifting rings (5) are mounted on the upper operation platform body and are connected to lifting equipment (52) through a sling (51), so that the double-layer operation platform structure is integrally lifted through the lifting equipment. Positioning pieces (8) are rotatably mounted on the two sides of the bottom of the upper operation platform body, positioning holes (13) are reserved in two structural wall bodies, and the positioning pieces can be inserted into the positioning holes in a matched manner, so that the upper operation platform body is positioned at the height positions of the positioning holes.
