The connecting rods are mounted between the upper operation platform body and the lower operation platform body to form a double-layer operation platform structure. The crawling ladder is connected between the upper operation platform body and the lower operation platform body. Lifting rings (5) are mounted on the upper operation platform body and are connected to lifting equipment (52) through a sling (51), so that the double-layer operation platform structure is integrally lifted through the lifting equipment.
