The operation platform comprises an operation platform body and a shear wall; the operation platform body comprises a main body structure and a hoisting structure; the main body structure comprises main beams, auxiliary beams and supporting columns; the supporting columns are installed on the shear wall through bearing distributors; the main beams are slidably connected with the supporting columns; the auxiliary beams are installed on the inner sides of the main beams; the hoisting structure is installed on the auxiliary beams; and the hoisting structure comprises an electric worm, a hoisting beam, a hanging steel cable and channel steel. A steel formwork is hoisted through the operation platform for the wall construction of a current floor. After a wall beam of the current floor is completed, the steel formwork is removed to control the operation platform to rise to a next floor, and then a laminated floor slab is placed. Finally, the laminated floor slab is mounted, so that the overall lifting of the steel formwork is realized, formwork mounting and dismounting time and operators are reduced, the labor cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened and the construction cost is saved by adopting the laminated floor slab for construction.
