The invention relates to a detachable wall pre-embedded sleeve and a construction method thereof. The detachable wall pre-embedded sleeve comprises a sleeve body. The sleeve body is a detachable reducing sleeve with one thick end and one thin end, a horn-shaped extension opening is formed in the thick end of the sleeve body, a through hole is formed in the sleeve body, and the through hole becomesthinner and thinner along with the outer diameter of the sleeve body. The sleeve body is preinstalled between two wall bodies, the two ends of the sleeve body penetrate through the wall bodies on thetwo sides, and a detachable connecting piece penetrating through the interior and the exterior of the sleeve body is arranged in the sleeve body. The construction method comprises the steps that a screw hole is cleaned, specifically, a finished through-wall screw and the sleeve body are detached through a matching tool, and the interior of the screw hole is cleaned up through a long brush; in-hole plugging is conducted, specifically, finished through-wall screw hole plugging cement is used for being stained with cement paste and adhesives to be inserted into the hole, and hole openings in thetwo sides are leveled with the cement paste and the adhesives; and a waterproof coating is brushed, specifically, after the cement paste is dried and hardened, the side, close to the outer wall, of the cement paste is brushed with the waterproof coating with the hole as the center through a square mold, and brushing is guaranteed to be uniform without missing. The detachable wall pre-embedded sleeve and the construction method thereof have the advantages of convenience in disassembly, time saving, labor saving and no damage to the surface of the wall bodies.
本发明涉及一种可拆卸的墙体预埋套管及其施工方法，包括套管本体，套管本体为一端粗一端细的可拆卸变径套管，在其粗的一端设有喇叭型外延口，内部为通孔，通孔随套管本体的外径由粗到细；套管本体预设于两个墙体之间，且两端均穿过两侧墙体，内部设有贯穿其内外的可拆卸连接件。施工方法：清理螺杆孔：使用配套工具拆除成品穿墙螺杆及套管本体，在用长毛刷将螺杆孔内清理干净；孔内封堵：使用成品穿墙螺杆堵洞水泥沾满水泥浆及胶粘剂插入孔内，两侧洞口用水泥浆和胶粘剂抹平；涂刷防水涂料：待水泥浆干硬后，靠外墙一侧以洞口为中心使用正方形模具刷一道防水涂料，保证涂刷均匀，无漏刷。本发明的优点是，拆除方便、省时省力且不破坏墙体表面。
