A strip-shaped first pin plate and a positioning column which are parallel to each other are connected with a first seat plate and located on the same side of the first seat plate, a first pin hole is formed in the first pin plate, a strip-shaped second pin plate is connected with a second seat plate, and a second pin hole is formed in the second pin plate; and a positioning through hole parallel to the second pin plate in the axial direction is formed in the second seat plate, the axial direction of the first pin hole is parallel to the axial direction of the second pin hole, when the positioning column penetrates through the positioning through hole, the first pin hole mutually correspondsto the second pin hole, and a plug pin penetrates through the first pin hole and the second pin hole at the same time.
